Konstantin Grcic: The Carousel

(jiří macek) If you are up to ears in work, or if it is Sunday or a holiday approaching, we recommend that you furnish your office with the 360 system, designed by the Munich-based Konstantin Grcic for the Italian brand of Magis. Grcic really likes to give rotation to his designs, a method that is especially evident is this system.

The 360 degrees family of furniture symbolizes dynamism and flexibility. However, these two words, which characterize all successful companies, are not mere idle talk in relation to of the system designed by Konstantin Grcic. The office chair does not stimulate long periods of sitting; the table and storage unit slowly rotate along their axes. All the pieces boast very pure aesthetics. There are no useless components. The system is simply wonderful.

The project was first presented at Design Week in Milan. Magis is represented by 3DH in the Czech Republic.
